HISTORY - We've done it before.
Market Evolution Software Products Limited (Market Evolution) was founded by
David Ewasuik, who also founded the successful capital markets provider EFA
Software Services Ltd. (EFA) by developing EFA's first-generation trading
system. At its peak, EFA was about 200-people strong and had more than 50
worldwide installations across diverse marketplaces.
After the sale of EFA and completing a non-compete, Ewasuik has returned to
the marketplace with this new venture and his more than 20 years of experience.
With Market Evolution, Ewasuik is building off the success of EFA by
partnering up with the Slovenian capital markets, which drives its markets with
locally-proven and Microsoft-based systems. The systems adhere to international
standards and have complimented a marketplace that has been recognized by the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for best
practices.
Together, Market Evolution, the Ljubljana
Stock Exchange (LJSE) and the Central
Securities Clearing Corporation of Ljubljana (KDD) combine their technical
and business experience as well as their extensive network of consultants to
offer emerging to mid-sized markets affordable solutions and services.
